Mark A. Bennett, Attorney at Law, graduated from Pendleton Heights High School in 1975, from Purdue University in 1979 with a B.A. degree and from Indiana University School of Law in 1982 with a J.D. degree. He clerked for Indiana Attorney Generals Theodore Sendak and Linely Pearson. He also clerked for Indiana Probate Forms author Aline F. Anderson. After graduating, he worked two (2) years for Price and Bradley, Attorneys at Law in Jasper Indiana doing estate planning, will and trust drafting. After that he worked approximately five (5) years with what is now Anthem Insurance in Indianapolis. After serving Anthem, he has practiced privately in Madison and surrounding counties. He advises and serves on various charitable boards in Madison County. His practice areas include wills/trusts, probate estates, guardianships, elder-law, auto and workplace injuries, social security disability, general practice and collections. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Indiana Bar Association.
